Q. What are the sizes available for purchase?
A. Please note that some of the products come in various sizes, ranging from 1.5 ounces to 8 ounces. See our " Jar Sizes Page" for more information.

1.5 ounces is equivalent to 2 tablespoons (which is just enough for two slices of toasts)
3 ounces is equivalent to 6 tablespoons
4 ounces is equivalent to 4 tablespoons

Q. Do I need to refrigerate your jams, jellies, preserves and fruit spreads?
A. Yes, given that are products are made using traditional canning techniques and without preservatives, we recommend refrigerating our fruit spreads, jams, jellies and preserves  immediately after opening. For maximum freshness and flavor, we do not recommend using opened products if they have been without refrigeration for more than 12 hours.

Q. How long can I store a jar of your product?
A. It is the nature of packaged food products to experience some slight color and flavor degradation during extended storage. Products should be stored in cool temperatures (50° F to 60° F is preferable, but it should not exceed 75° F for extended periods) and should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Most of our fruit products have a shelf life of 1 year from the date of production, if remained unopened. However, in order to obtain maximum color and flavor of our products, we do recommend consuming them within one year of the purchase date.

Q. Can you freeze these products?
A. Only the  fruit based  jelly and jam products processed in Ball Mason Jars can be frozen and thawed for consumption. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

Q. Is everything in the Online Store made in the USA?
A. All of our vegetable and fruit produced is purchased locally and  our current selections are based on seasonal availability. We support American-made products and the manufacturers who provide these goods whenever we can. We also search the globe to find unique products and exceptional values.

Q.Where can I ship my order?
A. Currently, we can ship your order anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or foreign addresses, at this time.
